The large area InGaAs pin PD/photodiode for instrumentation adopts the InGaAs large area detector chip with long wavelength. The device features small dark current, low power consumption, high sensitivity, small volume, and diverse structural designs. It adopts the replaceable type structure so that most of the fiber-optic connectors can be fitted onto the device. This facilitates maintenance and use. This series of product is most commonly used in the power detection equipment, hand-held power meter, desktop type power meter, and optical multi-meter.
