Features
1. The 405nm-980nm red visible light laser diode modules adopt the Fabry-Perot laser diode chip. It has the features of high power output as well as low threshold and operating current.
2. The equipment can be supplied with single longitudinal mode or multi-longitudinal mode. It is able to emit light at several wavelengths from 405nm to 1064nm with an output power ranging between 1MW and 1000MW. A built-in monitoring photodiode is also available.
3. Multiple varieties of optical fibers are available, such as the PM, 4μm single-mode, 9μm single-mode, 62.5μm multi-mode, or 105μm multi-mode optical fiber.
4. The equipment is provided in a 6.5mm or 9mm coaxial pigtail package.
5. High power output may result in machine overheating. In that case, a cooler is required during operation.
6. This series of red visible laser diode modules can be used in the temperature feedback system, vibration sensing, gas detection, distance measurement, water resource monitoring, exploration, oil industry, and mining industry.
